I cannot recommend Liiam highly enough. Before I had even hired him, he went out of his way to sketch up two different design options so I could visualise the finished result. I purchased the balustrade kit through a third-party supplier, and Liiam even took the time to recover my basket and help ensure I had everything needed. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked incredibly tidily throughout, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Most importantly, the finished balustrade looks absolutely fantastic and has transformed the space. Liiam clearly takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished job. Sham and the team did a good job of cutting through a stainless steel sink for some bespoke work. At one point thought it was not going to be possible to complete the job but Sham delivered with a plan B. Took a risk proceeding with the job as there were no reviews on mybuilder but sometimes risks are worth taking. Hope this first review helps others and Sham and the team. Also hoping to now get Sham to quote for a larger bathroom/wet room refit project.

I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
