Problems due to damaged worktops from their supplier. Only the third one supplied was acceptable and undamaged. This was NOT the fault of Brisbane OR their installer, both of of whom did all they could to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Especially the installer, whose determination to complete a satisfactory job was exemplary.

Total waste of my time, made arrangements for installation of my kitchen window, took time off my work to be in for them to arrive and have not heard a thing from them, no phone call, no tex massage, no email, NOTHING..!! Have called, texed and emailed them all day and with no answer.. Waited 4 weeks to get a date that would suit both of us and they don't show up, I will not use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone.. And being it was a double glassed window I guess they must of known sometime ago they were not going to turn up as the window would of needed to be made..
