Paul made and installed two new frames for two domed windows, transferring the domes from the old frames. The new frames include draught excluding rubber seals on four sides. The job was professional and left no mess! I would certainly use Paul again. Best of all Paul is a nice person, who l feel can be trusted to leave in the house if you need to be out.

Dode turned up at the property but did not complete the job. He had sent me a picture of the damaged door, which appeared to be in a much worse condition than I had originally understood. As a result, I contacted the tenant to ask why the door was so badly damaged. The tenant explained that he had not damaged the door and that it was not in that condition when he left the property. To clear up the confusion, I arranged a three-way phone call between myself, the tenant, and Dode. During that call, it became clear that the door appeared worse in the photograph because Dode had partially pulled it apart before taking the picture. Had this been explained from the outset, I would not have needed to question the tenant, who simply wanted to set the record straight. To be clear, I am not accusing Dode of damaging the door. However, I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled. After the misunderstanding had been clarified, I was left with the impression that he was going to proc

Stephen guided us very well and quoted in a very quick turn around. After agreeing the price, Stephen had ordered the equipment and came well prepared at an agreed date. The job was carried out very diligently throughout and it was genuinely impressive to see the project take place. Everyday Stephen tidied away and kept our house clean and tidy.
