I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.

Nick is a brilliant, young, and highly intelligent professional. While other builders looked at my heavy balcony door and told me it was too difficult or dangerous to fix, Nick didn't give up. Instead of just following a standard rulebook, he used his own resourcefulness and engineering mind to figure out exactly how the mechanism worked and fixed it perfectly. He is honest, determined, and highly capable. If you want a builder who actually thinks outside the box to solve a problem, I highly recommend this young man!

His price for two wooden sash replacement windows was very fair and honest. The two new windows were fitted by Declan and his team. They have done an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the outcome of both windows. Declan is professional, genuine, friendly, an honest guy and who works hard and on time and completing the fitting in 3 days of my two sash windows and I’d strongly recommend him and his team to anyone who is wanting traditional replacement/new sash windows in a period property.
