The gate was installed with the latch sawn off, which was completely mystifying. I asked the business to come back and fit the latch properly. They did so. However, in the next few days the gate gradually fell apart. The latch fell off, the hinges came away and cracks appeared all down the gate. When I asked this business to return and repair the gate they refused to do so, saying it looked like the gate had been damaged by someone rather than fallen apart. £350 completely wasted. I don’t like to leave a bad review for a small business but I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose money in this way.
