Declan’s quote visit - very professional. He knew what he was talking about and that reassured me and filled me with confidence. His price for two wooden sash replacement windows was very fair and honest. The two new windows were fitted by Declan and his team. They have done an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the outcome of both windows. Declan is professional, genuine, friendly, an honest guy and who works hard and on time and completing the fitting in 3 days of my two sash windows and I’d strongly recommend him and his team to anyone who is wanting traditional replacement/new sash windows in a period property. Definitely the go-to guy for a superb start to finish job. One very happy customer.

We hired Glitz Windows and Conservatories to install our composite front door. Adeel’s personality and work ethic was why we opted for him out of the other quotes we received. He met all of our requirements without hesitation. We felt he went above and beyond to cater for us. He even returned on a few occasions to change handles and door numbers. Great communication, kept us informed on delivery and installation dates. The door was installed in around 2-4 hours. Everything was done with precision, no imperfections and his builders left the place spotless. Very impressive. Will definitely hire him again if needed.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Dishonest trader. Took the deposit with a promise that the door will be delivered in a week. After almost two weeks and multiple chasers, he told me tgat the door will not be coming for another 5-10 days and no installation day forthcoming. When I asked to cancel and refund, I was told that no promises were made, no refund and no installation guaranteed for the foreseeable future. Stay away from this dishonest trader!
