David designed and built my orangery which was an addition to the back of my home. David informed me of all the progress every step of the way and was always punctual. I arrived home everyday from work to more of my extension having been built but no sign of a messy building site, he always cleaned my garden and windows after his days work. The final product I can only describe as simply stunning, every detail was finished to an exceptional standard and there isn't anything I can fault in Davids workmanship and professionalism throughout the whole build. If you are looking for a 5* builder then look no further. I cannot recommend David enough.

Akash made sure the job was complete exactly how he said it would be, he provided reliability during the installation of our kitchen and answered all questions very professionally. The builders were well aware of the conversations my mother and I had with Akash and so put our mind at ease. The installation itself was very quick (the tear down was very much completed in a few hours) and installed over the weekend. They were very hygiene aware and set up a cover between the kitchen and the rest of our house and didn’t disrupt our home living. They cleaned up before they were gone to very high standards without us even asking them too, all I’m sure is due to Akash’s excellent organisation skills.

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Appalling workmanship. Arrived over an hour late both days and made a complete pig’s ear of my small kitchen comprising of 5 base units and a worktop. They had no idea how to fix a door to my dishwasher, the worktop was cut so poorly it looked like a child had done it, and they arrived without half the tools they needed. They mixed up new parts with old, cut numerous corners and didn’t think to measure the depth of the dishwasher before installing, so it’s not flush and the entire kitchen has to be reinstalled by another firm. I’d advise all to avoid.
