What I liked about Conrad was his honesty and ingenuity. He investigated thoroughly where the leak was coming from, and then did an excellent job fixing it, and also making sure any repairs blended well with the existing rendering and wood above the window. He charged me a fair price and was tidy. Would recommend.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Mihai is excellent with plastering and carpentry. There were lots of awkward places that needed plastering after a renovation - where a wall had been removed, two different depths of plaster to be connected, ceiling, doorways, loft hatch, where tiles had been removed, plus architraves round them all. We decided to reach out to Victorian Sash Windows a few months back, to have all windows in our Victorian house In Islington replaced with Timber Sash Windows as our current windows were non original uPVC windows which looked unsightly. We was blown away not only by the level of customer service we received throughout the process, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into every window. Before measuring up all the frames we was given a full consultation covering every aspect of what we was looking for and the options available. Matthew the Surveyor was very sensitive to the details and character our property had and has restored them perfectly. Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I was unable to oversee the instalment process, but this wasn’t an issue. I was given frequent updates and feedback whenever needed and kept in constant contact with Victorian Sash Windows throughout making the hole process easy and stress free. Before completion I was given the chance to sign off every window with Matthew to insure I was happy with the level of craftsmanship, needless to say each window was perfect. We weren’t much concerned with the added heat and sound insulation benefits but these were certainly noticeable upgrading to planitherm double glazed comfort units. I have since recommended Victorian Sash Windows to friends and family and they have revived the same level of customer service and quality of work throughout. A brilliant company with dedicated staff, I couldn’t be happier.

Nick is a brilliant, young, and highly intelligent professional. While other builders looked at my heavy balcony door and told me it was too difficult or dangerous to fix, Nick didn't give up. Instead of just following a standard rulebook, he used his own resourcefulness and engineering mind to figure out exactly how the mechanism worked and fixed it perfectly. He is honest, determined, and highly capable. If you want a builder who actually thinks outside the box to solve a problem, I highly recommend this young man!

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!
