Good personality and was started well with the job but Kevin abandoned my job and did not come back to finish it. Stopped taking my calls and I used another number to call him and he picked. And promised to come back but did not for a year now. He should return half of the money I paid him. This is really unacceptable. He removed my window handles and didn’t buy the new handle he collected money for and the window is still locked up for a year now. I will not recommend.

Dishonest trader. Took the deposit with a promise that the door will be delivered in a week. After almost two weeks and multiple chasers, he told me tgat the door will not be coming for another 5-10 days and no installation day forthcoming. When I asked to cancel and refund, I was told that no promises were made, no refund and no installation guaranteed for the foreseeable future. Stay away from this dishonest trader!

He had high attention to detail, was very thorough and kept us up to date on where he was at and any issues encountered. He always arrived on time and left things clean and tidy. Ruslan provided a competitive quote to replace 4 double glazed units in 2 bay windows. He arrived on time to provide the quote, let us know that there was a 2 week lead time on the glass, and rang to confirm fitting within that 2 week period. He turned up on the fitting day bang on time, completed the work without any issues, cleared up after himself and disposed of all the waste material. I would use Ruslan again and can recommend his services.
