Windows & Doors (Wooden)- 25 Aug 2026
Piotr is a true master of his craft, and I'd strongly recommend him to anyone who needs wooden sash windows repaired or restored. He is a real gentleman and an absolute pleasure to have around - polite, punctual, hard-working, knowledgeable, meticulous, and an excellent communicator. My windows were badly rotten and in serious disrepair, but Piotr reassured me they could be fully restored. Throughout the work, he took time to explain his methods and choices - from the different woods and repairs to the sealants, glazing, and painting process. His careful approach made complete sense as I watched the restoration unfold, and it was clear he takes enormous pride in doing things properly. Piotr exceeded my expectations in every respect - I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The gloriously restored windows genuinely look better than newly installed ones. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Piotr or use him again.

Ed and his team consisting of the Project Manager, 2no. General Builders and a Plasterer. Were all faultless in their workmanship and mannerisms. Turning up as planned and completing the exercise with in the timescale laid down. Removal of the existing conservatory roof, replace with a solid tiled roof. Fixing an internal stud wall. Plastering new stud wall partitioning and inner roof lining. Fixing a new French door & cassette. Their professionalism was first class always. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate in using them again should the occasion arise.

Pimlico door fitters may conduct a pre-installation survey to ensure the door fits properly. This involves taking measurements and assessing the condition of the door frame to avoid issues during the fitting process.

What is the estimated timeline for installation?

The Pimlico fitter should provide a clear timeline for how long the installation will take. A typical installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the complexity of the job and the number of doors being fitted.
