A large obsolete brick-post needed to be removed and replaced by a concrete-post and a narrow fence. Kensington Constructors Ltd was invited to do the job due to their experience in demolition and building. For the full day the Kensington team dismantled the pack of bricks with great care for the passing people in the alleyway and the pedestrians of the main road. The bricks went swiftly to the recycling and by efficient planning the concrete post and the fence where immediately available on site to be set. This ended with a superbly set fencing the corner of the property exactly meeting the requirements. Small or larger jobs that need to be done on time, on cost, as planned, Kensington Constructors is the first choice.

Having dealt with a few cowboys previously, SBDG glazing were a breath of fresh air. The work was undertaken as quoted with no hassle and they came back promptly to make a small fix with no quibbles. Frankly it was just great to deal with someone who did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, and kept communication flowing throughout the job.

Such a quick an easy transition to installing my brand new door, took 2 hours. The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.

Great job from start to finish. Communication was excellent, Don and his assistant turned up bang on time and worked like trojans to get the whole job done in a day. Also came up with excellent solutions to practical problems and he is very pragmatic about finding ways to make things work. All in all, the work done has massively improved the saleability of our house. Highly recommended.

Mihai is excellent with plastering and carpentry. There were lots of awkward places that needed plastering after a renovation - where a wall had been removed, two different depths of plaster to be connected, ceiling, doorways, loft hatch, where tiles had been removed, plus architraves round them all.
