He kept in contact with me regarding times and exactly which were his responsibilities and which were mine and I have to say, I had hardly anything to do! I already had the windows, but Joe supplied all the trims, sealants and brought along fixings too. On the day, he arrived promptly and worked solidly. He was very respectful of my property and its contents, using dustsheets and also vacuuming when he was finished.Plus he took away all the old windows and the packaging from the new ones. When he was finished we inspected the windows together, he advised me how to care for them and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with Joe's work and won't hesitate to employ him again in the future. He was so polite and conscientious, his pricing was extremely fair and his work was faultless!

Ken was curtious, professional, tidy and he left my bathroom looking like he'd never been there when he left my house.
