Hello I’m Ashley from AJH Carpentry I’ve been a carpenter for 17 years I started when I was 16 through a 3 year Apprenticeship and have now finally taken the plunge to start my own business after years of gaining knowledge and experience from working with others, I can tackle a wide range of jobs that don’t necessarily need to be carpentry based too. I thoroughly enjoy carpentry and I love building and creating projects and turning people’s dreams into a reality. I’m honest, hardworking and will always drive to deliver the best quality of work as it’s my name that’s tied with it and in this business you are only as good as your last job.

What a great job every little detail superb and to the highest quality. Ash is friendly polite, neat and tidy and planned the project superbly. He is a perfectionist and we cannot state highly enough on how pleased we are with the quality of the work. He is everything a great tradesman/craftsman should be. An absolute pleasure to have employed him to undertake the paneling and boxing work. Left fully prepared for decoration. There was a bit of plumbing that needed sorting out to fit the panelling and he planned this in and his brother in law came bang on time and also undertook a great clean job. Lovely fellas! Thank you Ash.

I felt real confidence in Tom when he came round to quote for my job and I wasn't disappointed. He fitted six brand new doors with brass hinges and rim-locks and did an amazing job considering all of my door frames are awkward sizes. I am happy to highly recommend him and the real plus was that he cleaned up after himself.

Polite and Friendly and listens to the clients' needs and finds solutions to the problems. Very good communication and kept me well informed. Excellent workmanship, really pleased with the finished job. Very reasonable quote. Joe came and solved the technical issues with the job. Worked his schedule around me. Turned up on time, did a full days graft(8:30-6), cleaned up afterwards. Took everything in his stride. Found ways to re-use materials to reduce cost. No hidden surprises. Gave different payment options, and advice on how to preserve the doos. Can not rate Joe highly enough. I fully recommend him and will be hiring joe again.

First class service from Steve who clearly had the knowledge and experience to fix the wooden doors and windows I was having problems with. He was quick to respond and complete the work. He also did a few outstanding odd jobs efficiently. Reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
