Absolute crooks. I assigned Neeraj to carry out my window replacing and rear door. Spent over £10k with them for 16 windows. They haven’t issued a FENSA certificate and all my windows have dropped and do not close. I have tried to contact Neeraj and this company multiple times. However they have not responded to any of my emails or messages and calls. Very disappointing and frustrating. This has to be the worse experience I’ve faced with a contractor and I’ve work with many. I would avoid using them and even reported them to FENSA and MyBuilder. If Neeraj, you see this. You know exactly who I am as you have been avoiding this but reading my messages.
