Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Step by step approach with impressive attention to detail. Creative in finding solutions to unexpected problems that arose. We decided to reach out to Victorian Sash Windows a few months back, to have all windows in our Victorian house In Islington replaced with Timber Sash Windows as our current windows were non original uPVC windows which looked unsightly. We was blown away not only by the level of customer service we received throughout the process, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into every window. Before measuring up all the frames we was given a full consultation covering every aspect of what we was looking for and the options available. Matthew the Surveyor was very sensitive to the details and character our property had and has restored them perfectly. Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I was unable to oversee the instalment process, but this wasn’t an issue. I was given frequent updates and feedback whenever needed and kept in constant contact with Victorian Sash Windows throughout making the hole process easy and stress free. Before completion I was given the chance to sign off every window with Matthew to insure I was happy with the level of craftsmanship, needless to say each window was perfect. We weren’t much concerned with the added heat and sound insulation benefits but these were certainly noticeable upgrading to planitherm double glazed comfort units. I have since recommended Victorian Sash Windows to friends and family and they have revived the same level of customer service and quality of work throughout. A brilliant company with dedicated staff, I couldn’t be happier.

Declan’s quote visit - very professional. He knew what he was talking about and that reassured me and filled me with confidence. His price for two wooden sash replacement windows was very fair and honest. The two new windows were fitted by Declan and his team. They have done an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the outcome of both windows. Declan is professional, genuine, friendly, an honest guy and who works hard and on time and completing the fitting in 3 days of my two sash windows and I’d strongly recommend him and his team to anyone who is wanting traditional replacement/new sash windows in a period property. Definitely the go-to guy for a superb start to finish job. One very happy customer.
