We recently had all of our old windows replaced with new ones, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and courteous. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail throughout the installation. The quality of the materials is outstanding, and the new windows have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. Everything was fitted perfectly, and the work was completed to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Windows & Doors (uPVC & Metal)- 18 Nov 2023
We had a problem with a dropping window that wouldn’t close. Very quick and efficient job done by both men that came to sort it. It was slightly more expensive that they quoted but that was understandable in that the job required a replacement hinge. Would not hesitate to use or recommend them again.

Decking- 3 Jul 2023
On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.

Are you fully qualified and insured?

It’s best to choose a door fitter in Esher who has proper qualifications and insurance to handle the installation safely. Look for certifications like FENSA and confirm that the fitter carries public liability insurance to cover any potential damage to your property.

Do you need to conduct a survey before installation?

Esher door fitters may conduct a pre-installation survey to ensure the door fits properly. This involves taking measurements and assessing the condition of the door frame to avoid issues during the fitting process.

What is the estimated timeline for installation?

The Esher fitter should provide a clear timeline for how long the installation will take. A typical installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the complexity of the job and the number of doors being fitted.
