Arrived on time on date of job and protected hallway, stairs and landing. Worked very quickly and efficiently and cleared up after himself. Would definitely use again. Overall - Excellent windows and service marred by poor quality of additional requested works. Two double glaze, timber framed sash windows were ordered and fitted. The windows appear to be of excellent quality and the fitting service was very good. Bali, the project coordinated, provided up to date communications throughout and worked hard to ensure that the fitting took place as soon as possible, but at our convenience. In addition to the windows improved draft proofing of the existing front door took was requested. Unfortunately this work was conducted to a poor standard and is now far worse than it was originally. Once draft proofing was fitted and the door rehung, the door no longer fitted and drafts and noise had significantly increased. I was apparently made aware that this might be the case (I wasn't) and was told that I would still have to pay for this work although, if I wanted a new door (at significant cost!) I could claim back the cost of the draft proofing against the cost of the door. This is slightly infuriating as I wouldn't need a new door if the work had been done correctly! For this reason I have to give negative feedback, which is unfortunate as the windows and service surrounding them was excellent.
