WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I had French doors fitted in the kitchen. The advice and service was great. As soon as doors were delivered they were fitted the next day. The guys fitting were very nice, polite, tidy and worked steadily throughout the day even though it was really hot and sunny. They make a huge difference to the light in the room and access to the garden. All this at a very competitive price. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely use them again for any future works.

What really stood out was his ability to identify and fix several issues left behind by a previous carpenter. He addressed each problem with care and skill, leaving everything looking and functioning exactly as it should. It was a relief to finally have someone who truly knew what they were doing. We highly recommend Mario & his team. They fitted a new kitchen & bathroom to a really high standard within a short, timeframe. They work hard, are friendly, professional & honest, my neighbour even commented on how considerate they were! Upon first meeting Mario we were impressed by how organised he was. He arrived on time with the description we’d posted on my builder & went through it methodically. We had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them & didn’t rush us. We received a competitive quote within a day as promised. It included everything we discussed & he quickly answered our follow up questions. We wanted an accurate idea of the cost of electrical work & Mario arranged for his electrician to come & inspect/quote before we’d appointed Mario the job. Our kitchen & bathroom is complicated, with lots of difficult angles. Damp, unlevel floor, unlevel windows, a low ceiling were uncovered in the bathroom. Mario did well to identify solutions, giving us expert advice. Pipes were neatly chased into the wall. Underfloor heating & LVT, tiling, grouting & painting all done to a very professional finish. He kept us informed of progress, checked our preferences & was patient when we had supply delays, finding ways to ensure the job finished on time enabling us to move from our temporary accommodation back home in time for Christmas. He promptly fixed some minor issues after the job finished. We highly recommend Mario & would use him again.

Appalling workmanship. Arrived over an hour late both days and made a complete pig’s ear of my small kitchen comprising of 5 base units and a worktop. They had no idea how to fix a door to my dishwasher, the worktop was cut so poorly it looked like a child had done it, and they arrived without half the tools they needed. They mixed up new parts with old, cut numerous corners and didn’t think to measure the depth of the dishwasher before installing, so it’s not flush and the entire kitchen has to be reinstalled by another firm. I’d advise all to avoid.
