Ravi was a real creep. He cancelled tomes that he himself Offered at least 6 times. Day he finally arrived it was 3 hours late + 2 times he called asking more time. He worked on the small window 1st but his work so bad window does not shut unless by strong very fit adult. I cancelled repairs on other wondow. I wanted to pay him £25 for his petrol But he asked £50. I paid as i felt bad since he worked on ir. While working he drpped window on the basin hard with bang lucky it not break. Later his grinder damaged 1 tile. I asked him for reciept he refused Sent me account number to pay bim But the name nor his name. I paid him anyway. Asked twice in person then few more times via phone and text. He still has not senr recoept even i agreed to pay vat whuch he not mention in the quote or any other time. Only mentioned vat after he ignored me and i had to contact him again again i paid him 10 min after his rubbish work. He not still sent me any reciept . obviously cant reccomend him

I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.
