Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.

Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

We confirmed all arrangements and timings clearly in advance, and he even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before he arrived. He quickly identified exactly what the problem was and fixed the window perfectly, working with total professionalism and skill. When he finished, he cleaned up every trace of his work, leaving the area just as neat and tidy as he found it. I have only praise for A2Z Handys. Everything was done professionally and he made me feel as though I was his only customer. He responded to my advertisement within a couple of hours and was punctual for the visit to quote and then when doing the work. He was certainly the most professional of all the companies who gave quotes, offering a clear and detailed quotation and I did not hesitate to employ him. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several useful suggestions and information. He maintained contact throughout the process and gave me a feeling of confidence. The actual work was excellent; he also worked really hard and did not leave until the work, as far as possible, was completed and I am very pleased so far. There are only finishing touches to complete which he explained before beginning work. He made a real effort to ensure the place was as clean when he left as when he arrived. In all respects thus far I would rate him as outstanding and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Appalling workmanship. Arrived over an hour late both days and made a complete pig’s ear of my small kitchen comprising of 5 base units and a worktop. They had no idea how to fix a door to my dishwasher, the worktop was cut so poorly it looked like a child had done it, and they arrived without half the tools they needed. They mixed up new parts with old, cut numerous corners and didn’t think to measure the depth of the dishwasher before installing, so it’s not flush and the entire kitchen has to be reinstalled by another firm. I’d advise all to avoid.
