Mitch and the team are really personable and pleasant to have working in your home and they did a good job replacing all our windows. However there was an accident and we have been trying to get one window replaced for 9 months!!! We sent a photo as requested and they came to measure up but numerous phone calls and many excuses later, we are still waiting. This makes me wonder if their guarentee holds any weight. We are very willing to pay for the replacement glass of course because the accident was our fault, it would be far more professional to decline the job rather than stringing us along for all this time, maintaining the glass was ordered! I have finally lost patience and sadly need to write this review to make others aware.
