Windows & Doors (uPVC & Metal)- 16 Oct 2026
The team replaced seven sets of windows and three doors, and refitted the soffit. Communication was clear and professional throughout. They listened carefully to feedback and made adjustments promptly, without complaint. They did not rush the work, paid excellent attention to detail, and went beyond the agreed scope where needed. They provided a fair, transparent quote, and the final cost matched expectations. Importantly, they did not pressure me into any additional or unnecessary work - their advice was honest and focused on what was genuinely required. Reliable, trustworthy contractors are hard to find, and I would happily use them again for any future project. Highly recommended.

Painting & Decorating- 1 Apr 2025
Good personality and was started well with the job but Kevin abandoned my job and did not come back to finish it. Stopped taking my calls and I used another number to call him and he picked. And promised to come back but did not for a year now. He should return half of the money I paid him. This is really unacceptable. He removed my window handles and didn’t buy the new handle he collected money for and the window is still locked up for a year now. I will not recommend.

Do you need to conduct a survey before installation?

Bexley door fitters may conduct a pre-installation survey to ensure the door fits properly. This involves taking measurements and assessing the condition of the door frame to avoid issues during the fitting process.

What is the estimated timeline for installation?

The Bexley fitter should provide a clear timeline for how long the installation will take. A typical installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the complexity of the job and the number of doors being fitted.
