VERY POOR SERVICE. Told me he would have window unit done within 2 weeks and it actually took 2 months. I had to keep calling, texting and emailing him to get updates. John never contacted me at all during the 2 month wait. I even had to complain to my builder customer service. Bill carried out some roof repairs to the house, including fixing paneling on a dormer window, replacing tiles and pointing my chimney, all were done very well. He also fitted a brand new roof on my garage called 'Firestone', its a rubber roof which is guaranteed for 30+ years. Again, he done a brilliant job. Overall, Bill was a very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy guy.
