Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.

After a rogue builder left me with 18 (eighteen) structural issues. Lez and his crew came in transformed my failed extension into a masterpiece. All aspects of the job was done to the highest quality and utmost care and attention to detail was shown to building control needs. They cleaned up after every day and made sure the house was habitable, as I had to live there. Every aspect of the build, from the carpentry, plastering and tiling was first class and their recommend electrician and plumbers were from the same stock. Total professionals. My only regret is that I did not use this builder the first time. The prices were reasonable and even building control had good word to say about their work. Thanks Lez

On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.
