I've given you enough time for 4 months, yet it has been one excuse or another. Since March 2024, you told me you travelled out of the UK, yet I'm seeing you do other jobs recently. You asked me to get someone else to fix your defect, but no trade want to touch it because it was so badly done and they don't want to be liable for future problems. I have given you enough time since Nov 2023, and if you don't find a solution now, I will initiate a court process.
