This builder arrived advising not to install PVC panels despite accepting the job and kept saying to have tiles done. He claimed PVC panels will cause damp and mould issues and will become loose. If that was really true all the companies that make PVC panels would be out of business and gone into administration. The talking point was this builder wasn't going to make any money out of PVC but from tiles which was labour intensive. The basic fundamentals of any good builder is to listen to the customer what they are asking and work in their interest and he was the complete opposite which in my view is a bad builder. Also he advised he can change bathroom extractor fan by extending the existing lighting cable and install additional sockets by spiring off existing sockets but he is not a qualified electrician and has no electrician’s card so he shouldn't be touching electrics. Sorry but I cannot recommend this builder as in my opinion he does not possess the right traits of a good builder.

Diyan did an excellent job. He is a real perfectionist and when I pointed out a small error in the pattern of the tiles he came back immediately to fix it. He also insisted of removing our loo so he could tile underneath rather than around it for a better finish. He took the time to do the job well rather than rush it. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend him enough.

I am really pleased with the work that Nathan and his team have carried out. The toilet under the stairs looks like it has always been there. They knew what to do right from the get go and what best way to run the soil pipe to the main drainage. You honestly couldn't tell that so much concrete had been dug up to get the pipe installed, that is the testament to how they finish. Always turned up on time and left the work area clean. I have already had compliments on the standard of work, all the while adhering to building regulations. I did get quotes from other companies but they were ridiculous. Nathan charged me a fair price which I accepted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and I will most likely be using him in the future.
