Before starting the epoxy resin floor work with him, I made my requirements clear: a high quality, very smooth floor and no damage to the floor electrical box, which was a requirement from my landlord, He accepted all our requests. but he ruined everything, he hadn't masking tape properly, Concrete-based liquid seeped into all electrical boxes and they were all broken. It cost me about £5000 to fix it. When he finished the job. He acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund the £3000 I had paid as down patment within a week. Then, as it was late that day, he promised to return the next day to dispose of all the rubbish he had left behind. However, he has not been on site since then. He did not return and did not refund the money.

Gentjan was contracted to carry out the re-grouting of bathroom tiles, the decorating of a bathroom and kitchen, installation of a bath panel and touching up of woodwork. All the work was completed satisfactorily and the quality of Gentjan’s work exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find someone as professional and pleasant to work with. I can recommend his services and will definitely use him again in future.
