AWESOME PLUMBER! Kieran responded quickly and offered a quote. He arrived as agreed and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job fitting the radiator. The pipe work was very cleanly soldered. It was very clear to see that he had extensive knowledge and experience. The radiator looks great! Cornel turned up on time and worked well. He did a great job on the shower where several before him had failed. I would definitely recommend him for any tiling job. We will probably use him again in the summer for an outside job!

I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

He sourced the materials needed and carried out the work very well, explaining what needed to be done as he did the work. Freddy and team were really easy to deal with, very professional builders! The guys started putting up the panels that came with the garden room ( on the walls and ceiling) and when they had almost finished I changed my mind lol! I decided plasterboard would look better, I was expecting some sort of moan as most builders would do but Freddy said, no problem at all we’ll do that for you! They then had to undo most of the work they had done, except the insulation then put up the plasterboard. I was especially impressed when Jon even managed to turn up during the snow period, I was expecting a cancellation at this stage. When the job was complete and I had paid we found an issue so called Freddy. Freddy then came back to the job and rectified the issue within a day!!! I was so surprised as builders would usually fob you off as they’ve already been paid! Not these guys, they are real professionals! I will definitely be using Freddy & team for other jobs!

Roman undertook a bathroom refresh on short notice completing the work within the agreed project period to a high standard of finish and working late and on Saturdays to do so. He was always polite and punctual ( he travelled from London to North Herts each day) and the proposed changes to design of the layout worked. When we had issues with a number of the items we ordered independently - missing radiator valves, a mixer tap which would not fit and an incorrectly sized bath panel he went out of his way to source replacements locally to maintain the programme and complete on time. The final bill was not padded and we feel he was good value for money and would reengage on similar projects. Ours involve stripping wall and floor tiles, levelling the floor and retiling and completely retiling all wall surfaces of the bathroom and relocating and installing a new sink and toilet, replacing a radiator with a towel rail, replacing the bath panel and painting and sealing ceiling and door

Arturas and his team have done an outstanding job in a complex, full-flat renovation involving structural work, floor levelling, complete electrical rewire, complete re-plumbing including pumps and heater, full bathroom and kitchen fitting, basically everything. I honestly could not have hired a better builder. Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault.
