I am an experienced bathroom and kitchen fitter who can carry most types of work involved. I can replace/move electrics and plumbing, re-plaster areas if needed, fit tiles and flooring and paint walls/ ceilings. No job is too small. I can complete a variety of plumbing repairs/maintenance such as replacing taps, radiators, repair leaks, fit outside taps etc. I can also flush heating systems using a magnacleanse flush system.

Mark worked well for the first couple of days. All looked positive. Then started to tile the walls. Tiles were not matched up. Tiles which were cracked at the edges in the cutting phase were stuck to the wall and grout was used to cover the mistakes. Grouted over the entire bathroom tiles and proceeded to spill something over the stairs. Whilst clearing that up the grout dried and he had to spend 3 days correcting the mistake but unfortunately the grout did not come off all the tiles and looks a mess. Tried to blame me for buying the wrong grout but failed to tell me about the accident on the stairs. Only when I spoke with the residents of the property they as I made aware of his accident. Grouting between the tiles was not of an acceptable quality and the silicone around the sink and shower was horrendous. Tiling of one wall was uneven which meant that the edges of the units against that wall were not able to be flush. As a result we have had to spend a morning re-siliconing, tidying grout and one wall needs completely re-tiling which we will be having to pay for by another tiler. Shower was fitted with an additional shower head. This didn’t work properly (not the fault of Mark) so needed to put the original one onto the unit. Contacted Mark to see what has happened to it, no response so had to purchase another one. Hired Mark based on his good reviews. Certainly not up to the standard which was detailed in those reviews. Overall rating, being generous, is 2/10

Mark did numerous jobs in my home . The living room flooring was an issue . After fitting new floor the flooring started to separate . He sent an employee out to repair and the same thing happened again . The attitude was not professional and they expected to be paid for repairing a poorly fitted floor . I have had numerous floor fitters out to review the condition of flooring . Underneath the foil insulation was carpet underlay . Mark should have known to have removed it . As that is why my new flooring has kept raising . I have been unable to reach this company to ask for compensation . As I have had to have the whole floor lifted , levelled out and relaid . Something Mark should have spotted . But the biggest disappointment was the attitude from this company

Can't comment on the workmanship as he never arrived. Arranged a date a few weeks in advance, rang a couple of days prior to be told he'd scheduled in another job. Rearranged the date, but he never arrived and I've been unable to contact him since.
