An absolute joke. Booked him for a wednesday morning at 10am. Texted to confirm he was still coming on 9am of the day which he confirmed. By 10.30 he hadn't shown up. When I called he was very confused about what day it was and didn't seem to understand English at all, then stated claiming he had an emergency medical appointment he'd forgotten to mention (classic tradesman excuse). I travelled 2 hours to be at the property and lost a while day because of this joker. Avoid like the plague
