Latest review:Bricklaying-Bill carried out external repairs to my terraced Victorian house. The work included brick repair, repointing , repair of window margins, painting of window frames, repairs to window cill, and applying dulux pure white weathershield. He also painted black metal railings. Bill was punctual and reliable, respectful and cheerful. I will engage Bill to carry out further work for me to include cleaning roof of algae, masonry repair of shared party wall, repointing of back wall and any roofing repairs. When we meet to go over my vision and after showing Boris a few ideas I had for my garden wall, measurements where taken a qoute was given, Boris was also able to tell me how many bricks/materials I would need give me a rough idea what they would cost. Boris went even further and took me to Selco to place the order for the bricks (what a star). Boris and his team turn up on time and waited for and assisted the delivery of the materials and got straight to work. I am extremely happy with my new wall and I can't wait for the railing and gate to be fitted in a few weeks, my neighbours have all complimentied on how lovely it looks (lets hope I've started a trend as lm the first to get it done on my street) I would definitely recommend Boris, great at listening to what you require and has helpful advice, very professional & price is unbeatable. I didn't think a garden wall would make me so happy. A-MAZ-ING!!!
They arrived on time but I was away due to work had a meeting to attend .work was done and my tenant was happy .I had to pay deposit of £150.00 to get materials (sand and cement) and told him that I shall pay the rest on Tuesday morning as I was going check the works . He was so impatient and kept on ringing to pay the balance when I told him earlier that I shall pay on Tuesday as I was attending a zoom medical meeting and had to have disturbance . I was annoyed as he kept on ringing every 5 minutes just to get the balance and told him he had to wait until 3.30pm .Cant believe that the builders can't trust you and also A GOOD REPUTABLE BUILDER WOULD NEVER ASK FOR A SAND AND CEMENT DEPOSIT WHEN THE PROPERTY IS WORTH 1.2 MILLION and not going to run away as my tenant and the property tenants all know me .Not a good customer relationship .Even the invoice was wrongly printed when I sent him the pictures and put the wrong address. Nevertheless less the works was done within a day not seen

Excellent quality of work all round & job completed to all customer satisfaction. Porch footings were dug & poured by him along with the brickwork & tiling. We changed the design & plan a few times but he was happy to accommodate would definitely recommend & use again.

Joshua a great brick layer, posted the job on Saturday, he came quoted up and finished the job of by Monday.
