His plumbing work is excellent and his tiling was on another level! I have been involved in building development for many years and finding good tradesmen has become something of a lottery, finding good multi-skilled tradesmen is like finding hen's teeth. So much so we have booked him again to do some wall tiling early next year. Get in touchHaving given up on two jointers not turning up to build our porch, I went to a web builder site. Smith Building & conservation ltd got back to me that evening. Within a week of viewing the work and quoting a price, and starting date the following week. We are very pleased with the erection of our green oak porch, with slate tiles. The two jointers arrived both mornings on time and work until dusk. They gave us options and suggested ways we could improve the appearance of the porch ie, lead flashing style, and the view underneath the roof. The two days they were here, they were both polite and courteous we can only recommend Troy and his team very highly 9/10.
