After agreeing a price and date to start Damien never showed up and never answered my calls or text. Except he text me 3 hours later saying his van is not working and he’s not coming with no apology at all. He then got rude towards me when challenged for lack of respect shown and professionalism. Would not recommend at all.

We needed several repairs doing on our house: both showers were leaking, our cold water tank was overflowing plus rain had come into our bedroom during a storm. Robert worked diligently to find the source of the leaks and make the necessary repairs. He took time to check that the repairs were sound so that the leaks would not reoccur. He and his team redecorated following the repairs. They have carried out various works for us over the years always to an exceptionally high standard. They are courteous, tidy and always clean up at the end of each day. Robert is clear in his communications on price and timing. I'm really pleased that I chose Steven to redo my kitchen. I don't think that I could have chosen a better person. He obviously is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He was very considerate of our needs. Many other kitchen fitters require that the kitchen is out of use for the fortnight or so that they are refitting the kitchen. Not Steven, for example, the sink was out of use for only one day (the day it was being replaced). I strongly recommend Spear Propeerty Maintenance.
