Before starting the epoxy resin floor work with him, I made my requirements clear: a high quality, very smooth floor and no damage to the floor electrical box, which was a requirement from my landlord, He accepted all our requests. but he ruined everything, he hadn't masking tape properly, Concrete-based liquid seeped into all electrical boxes and they were all broken. It cost me about £5000 to fix it. When he finished the job. He acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund the £3000 I had paid as down patment within a week. Then, as it was late that day, he promised to return the next day to dispose of all the rubbish he had left behind. However, he has not been on site since then. He did not return and did not refund the money.

Krystian has done an amazing job with our Bathroom! On the day he came to provide a quote we noticed his attention for detail and good character and this has definitely came across in his work. He knew exactly what we wanted form our description and plans and advised professionally where changes should be made to make it possible and still look great. The tiles we choose are very large and heavy and not the most easiest to lay down, however he manage to lay them down with precise execution and every line is perfect and level. As with most jobs with smaller bathrooms you will come across obstacles were space might be limited to work in however Krystian manage to come up with a solutions and still make it look easy to do. We also as worked progressed suggest a few changes to what we needed done and he was happy to carry out our requests and complete the work as asked. He worked very patiently and kept the area as clean as possible. We would highly recommend Krystian and has already passed his details to friends and colleagues and will certainly call him first in the future should we need anything done again! Very Happy Customers!

Would not use again, here's why: - Didn't turn up on time (said he'd be there at 7:30 in the morning, didn't turn up until the afternoon) - Poor quality finish in many places on the job (e.g. around doorways) - Moved my furniture outside into the garden, but didn't bother bringing it back in again - Didn't clear up at the end of the job - left broken tiles loose all over the place, plastic tubs left outside, cardboard strewn on the floor
