Found me a replacement built on oven when others couldn't find one or weren't interested in the job. Took a while to finally get one, but that was down to the supplier's timescales, not GF. In fact GF came to fit the oven the same day it was delivered. Some minor adjustments were required to the existing housing unit, but eventually it fitted perfectly. Left the site clean and tidy. Can strongly recommend them.

Time waster. For a week and a half he told me that he will be available to do the job today and that he made the whole week free and wasn’t taking any other jobs just for this 1 job. He said he will buy the cement for the tiles and also spacers. I told him 9 days before the job if he was able to move the fridge, cooker and washing machine in the kitchen and he said that is fine. The days came and he said he will be coming at 9:30am. 20 minutes passed by as I waited for him and he did not message me to let me know that he will be late which a normal professional person would do if they are running late. Then it turned to 10:30 and I messaged him again and he said don’t worry I am coming. Then he arrived at 10:44. He came into the house and told me that he will not be able to move the cooker, fridge and washing machine due to ‘back problems’ which he never mentioned before. He left the house and said If I can find someone to move these then he will come. I found someone to move them and I asked him if he can come after, all of a sudden he is busy and unavailable today when he made the whole week free for this job? Not only did he waste my time and my families who prepared for these 3 days of not being able to use the kitchen. He did not apologise, he ignored my message after. He lied to me and mislead me. Very unprofessional. I am very frustrated.

Could not recommend Adam more. Came round within a day of posting. Turned up early and didn’t have to chase. Very polite and friendly, and trusted him in the house whilst we was out.
