Patryk and Robert did completed the job on time and on budget. They worked extra long hours to make sure I was up and running the next day. They were clean and tidy in their work and vacuumed the area once they were finished. Mathiew, the painter came after and did an excellent job with no fuss. Overall, I was very happy with the team and how the job turned out and I would use these guys again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pat Building Services.

We hired Doug to do quite a bit of tiling for a job we were doing for a client which was a large bathroom, a small en-suite and 1 living room wall, and he was great. We arranged for him to meet us at the client premises to have a walk round and discuss the job in more detail, he was there on time and was very nice to speak with. Very well priced too! I Would highly recommend him :) We will certainly use him for future projects.

Did stuff for tiling I didn't know anything about and included items to ensure the best work possible that I hadn't specified in my request. Excellent Job, Imre gave us some good advice and extremely helpful suggestions about the shower installation. Professional and friendly and kept any disruption to a minimum, also any mess or rubbish was removed each day. Throughout our bathroom refit Tom and Craig were great. We had the whole bathroom pulled out, plastered, new floorboards (originals were rotten) floor tiles and wall tiles then painted. A few niggles, to be expected with an old property but were kept informed as to what needed doing, options and cost. We decided to find our own tiles and sink unit - but both were installed and fitted well. We weren't happy with the way that they had left the bathroom at the end - but credit should be given as they came around straight away and fixed the problems. Now we have a bathroom which I am very happy with. Would recommend :)

Highly recommended. Friendly, honest, hard-working guy I would have no issue using again. Hired Steven to tile 3 floors and upgrade one bathroom from 2 rows of tiles to continue all the way to ceiling. All the work done and attention to detail were to a very high standard.

I was really impressed with Kristo. He was very professional and spent some time repairing the job the first plumber Christen phone number 0788684794 made a mess of he left on 24/4/24. and charged me £100 pounds then when I tried to call him back he ignored numerous call over the next few days. I believe he is on your website because that is where my sister got his number. I wondered if it was possible to get a return of my money.
