Our experience was initially good when Nik repointed the top few courses of our stone chimney. When a one of the stones fell away about a month after work was completed we contacted Nik and it became apparent that the work wasn’t completed to spec and one side of the chimney had not been repointed. Nik was given the opportunity to make good but we’ve heard nothing for two months now. We have had to employ a different contractor to remediate the work as well as a further contractor for roof damage repair.
