We employed Will to lay the bricks and blockwork on our home extension, he was very attentive and keen to ensure a good job was done. It was easy enough to contact him on the phone to make arrangements and he arrived when expected. Will worked very hard and often stayed later to ensure everything was prepared ready for the next day. He was willing to listen to any concerns we had and open to suggestions and working together to achieve the desired outcomes. I have built many new houses for myself to sell done lots of land clearance very competent in myself to take on challenging tasks. I have always run my own business and we only concentrate on one job at a time.
I usually get quite anxious when having to deal with work done on/in my house. I felt very comfortable with Chris. He replaced a difficult lintel for me, was very pleased with his work. I definitely recommend him and if I need any other work done, I will know who to call. Alys and Will have done a fantastic job of my front garden where there used to be decking. They leveled the ground as it was on a slope. Built a step with new brickwork. Top grade membrane and finished off with gravel. It looks wonderful. They both worked extremely hard and timescale was just one day. Apart from the work both Alys and Will are lovely, friendly, professional people. When they say what day they will arrive you can trust that they will be there. Lewis was an absolute superstar with this complex issue which was more than the original job in that I had a leak which did not easily present itself. Lewis therefore did further work and we found the root cause together by process of elimination...
