Get in touchRichard concluded that our damp issue was probably caused by a faulty windowsill rather than concrete pointing rather than lime. He gave us an overview of the process and said he’d need to do some further investigation before sending off for a quote for a replacement windowsill. I haven’t heard back from him with a quote despite chasing multiple times, his phone number just won’t connect at all, he’s not answered my messages on My Builder or via email either. After cautiously waiting since agreeing on the start date, the work was started and finished in such a fast rate with zero faults or issues. Lloyd and his team member were very kind and caring, always kept us up to date with the work going on. Also considerate to the major factor of the ongoing pandemic restrictions. The whole family is pleased and shocked at the speed of the work. We will recommend Lu construction to our friends and family. And also use them for future work.
