The work they did was completed in our absence, they seemed to have done a satisfactory job and so we paid them, £450 for front bay window rendering. It was always agreed that we would then paint it when finished. In preparation for painting we saw that work had been completed to a less than adequate standard. We contacted Andrew repeatedly so that they could make good their work. He told us to contact his brother Sean, refusing to deal with us directly. Sean has repeatedly made appointments with us, causing us to take time off work only to cancel at the last minute or not to show up at all. They have done a less than satisfactory job and once paid there was no attempt to correct it the work.Latest review:Repointing-
