It was a precarious task to do this as the terracotta parts and replacement finial were all very fragile. Keith found a way to solve the problems we encountered to ensure that the job was completed successfully and safely. We're very happy with the job. You can see the new pillar on the left in the photo.

- Get in touchHad SCJ Construction do some work to my attic walls which went ok. I subsequently had them back to refit some roof vents that were installed incorrectly by another company. Not long after being refitted I noticed issues from what I can see with how some of the vents had been refitted. Steve who seems to be the one in charge eventually sent his boys around after a long period of waiting to have a look unfortunately they didn't even come with a roof ladder so couldn't go onto the roof to rectify the issues that could be seen and investigate further. They insisted that they would have to investigate further internally which I could not allow as I have recently had new loft insulation installed which I'm not prepared to have messed up. I can't see any reason why the vent's weren't installed correctly other than lack of attention to the installation instructions. I was quoted for the vents to be re installed correctly to manufacturers instructions. Steve's advised them not to do anymore.Latest review:Stonemasonry-

Get in touchRob gave a great quote for the job and kept me updated on the start date and when the scaffolding would arrive. Rob starred work when he said and even with terrible weather he kept on track with progress. He was really polite and cleaned up every day before he went home. The quality of his work is amazing and he made sure I was happy with his work at every stage including the colour of the mortar after he had put some in, which I was amazed at. I would certainly recommend Rob, so much so my neighbour is using him to have his house re-pointed, and I am using Rob again to sort out my front steps. Rob went above and beyond even checking my gutters were clear and clean for me.
