Andy completed the first stage of the planned work a few days ago (rectifying a guttering leak and related re pointing to an area at the front of the house which had become an urgent priority due to our concern about signs of interior water/moisture damage) He responded really quickly when we asked him to fit the work in at short notice and arranged to visit to establish what needed to be done. He was prompt and reliable and always stuck to the times he'd arranged with us. Andy clearly explained the necessary work,carried out the work tidily and efficiently and was polite and professional. Mono masonry were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Arranged times for looking at, and undertaking the job, were adhered to.
