Get in touchI have been working in UK construction industry for over 20 years as a painter & decorator , wallpaper hanging , handyman ,snagging supervisor, finishing foreman , and have undertaken a wide range of refurbishment and development projects . Ecah project and individual work assignment is unique and needs to balance the 3 key aspects of budget , quality and timeline. I have carried out either on my own or as part of a team refurbishment and development projects up to £500k value, and I'm happy to advise ,quote and carry out work in a safe and considerate manner ,as I have a wide variety of skills ,certificates and qualifications from qualified rope access technician all the way to a Nebosh in Construction Healh & Safety. I have all the tolls , equipment, transport, scaffolding and additional manpower required to handle small.works from few days of work,all the way up to complete refurbishment and even new builds projects . I am currently working as part of a team that refurbishes old historical buildings in Essex ,and therefore im confident I can take on additional work which requires quality and qualified trades, either in a part time or full time manner ,depending on the client requirements and project specifications.
