Tim is a very nice guy but unfortunately, his workmanship is sub standard. I asked for CCTV and security lighting to be installed professionally. He quoted and started the job but only finished half of it (he installed the CCTV cameras but not the lighting). Not even 2 months since installation, the CCTV system now failed and he is not willing to fix it even though I ended up paying him for 80% of his quoted labour (despite him only completing 50% of the job). That aside, he worked very untidy dropping nails, cigarette ends and cable binders all over my property eventually clogging up my drains. My advise: Be careful and check any references in person.
