Igor has got extremely good work ethics . He was very honest in telling me that he can do the job though he has not worked on same set of machines that i wanted to be installed . While he tried his level best on day and spend more time than what he anticipated he did not give up and went out of the way to research about the equipment, in the end he fixed it and the equipment is perfectly working . He did give very good suggestions on how to keep things running for long . I was fairly impressed by him and have given him further work .
