Excellent Job ! This was supposed to be a simple job of replacing the outside sounder box on an old alarm panel which we felt didn't need replacing but it turned into a much bigger job involving 3 visits. When after the first visit Alex found problems with the alarm panel, he ended up replacing the panel with a refurbished one which he hadn't quoted for and insisted we have it free of charge as he felt he had not foreseen the problem on the panel on the first visit sufficiently to enable the alarm to work properly and hadn't foreseen a problem also with the battery which was over 10 yrs old and which also started beeping when he left after the first visit. The result was 3 visits, one on a Sunday to turn off the beeping which I told him wasn't necessary but which he insisted on coming to turn it off! He fitted a refurbished panel, new battery, in fact an almost complete new system for the original quote for a bell box. He didn't need to do this and we were absolutely chuffed with his attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure we had a working alarm before he left. He was thoroughly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and family. He even offered to hoover up the bits before he left. Outstanding service and price !
