Shocking do not use this outfit I’m taking them to trading standards /court gave me an initial quote of £1150. Then when he was on the roof he said the roof was in a really bad state had to replace various tiles and the pointing round the chimney fix a gully and the price would be well over £2000. We negotiated back down to 2000 for this extra work to be done. As I live remotely I asked for photos every step of the way he then sends me a bill for £2000 and I asked where were the photos of the pointing on the chimney the extra tiles/gully he sends me an invoice for £2000 pretending that he has done this work. It’s only when I completely questioned send me the photos that he hasn’t really done the work so he was trying to defraud me for an extra thousand pounds for work that he hasn’t done.ISee photos of the unpointed chimney, siliconed tile fraudsters!

Simon and his team were very courteous, punctual and reliable. Quality work produced to the new roofs and is now watertight, just in time before a few days of heavy rain! Simon's a straight talking guy and does not beat around the bush. Him and his team will happily go the extra mile to ensure the property is left safe. For example, they had to lift up the floorboards under the stairs and had found a leak with one of the stop-valves in the water pipe, and immediately went to the local shops to buy a replacement valve and fixed it for me. They cleaned any mess and removed all rubbish too. We've had a small problem with the paint and plaster in a small part of the ceiling and Simon and his team have arranged to come back to fix it in the next few days without a fuss. Great work ethic and would re-use again.

At the outset, Harry and his partner are good people. However, the job was not completed to a professional standard. Grout has started coming off from between the tiles leaving gaps that water can pass through, the door hinge was not properly fitted leaving a door that will not close, the radiator pipe clips were not fitted, tile trims are not flush with rest of the wall, shelves were fitted on top of old broken wood. And the worst part is that Harry did not turn up even after confirming a date to come back and fix the missing parts. I paid him extra for all the additional jobs, even though certain items from the contract were not done ( for e.g. replacing the bathtub panel ). They have multiple jobs ongoing at the same time and struggles to stick to schedule. If you get them I would advise not paying everything upfront and making sure contract is signed only after it is made sure that they would stick to schedule. I struggled to get them to commit to a date and stick to it.

They worked hard from early each morning and were meticulous throughout, replacing the tiles, battens, and roof lining to a high standard. SIMPLY THE BEST !! Hi The Soffits, Fascia’s, and Rain gutter had perished at the back of the house about 4 Meters in length. Recently I had discussed the work with the window installers, who informed me that Soffits and Guttering should cost between 30-80 per meter. Several roofers gave a quote, they all tried the same game, i.e. look up breath in deeply, let out a whistle and shake their head, “That’s a job and a half” one said, “I maybe able to do it but so busy it will be expensive" also “You will need the whole side of the house under scaffold to comply with H&S Reg” and even “Going to have to take half the roof tiles off to get to the Soffits” and it will cost £2000 Why Why Why do British builders, mechanics, tradespersons try this pathetic blackmail technique, it’s as if they are doing you a favour to even conceder what you want?? Then along came Taner with such a positive attitude, what a breath of fresh air, smiling he quickly checked the situation and job, and not only by looking up, he even went up on the roof and inspected and measured the job at close range. He gave me the price I had expected and said he could do the work tomorrow He arrived early and in the rain completed the work in 5 hours The quality of his workmanship is superb, such a true professional I am very happy. I know who I will be using for all jobs in the future, and if anyone wants to pop over and see for themselves how good the work is just let me know ☺ I am in Hemel Hempstead
