Brett and his very experienced father took on an awkward job removing a chimney breast, a wall separating a dining room and kitchen, an ugly pair of French windows, a rear door and a window. This required three steel beams, two of which were bolted together at right angles and three lintels. Due to different ceiling heights, getting the overall height of the beams was demanding but it was done well. They fitted a new replacement window and set of bi fold doors. The job was made more difficult by some poor quality brickwork on the rear wall which slowed progress due to extra work to rectify the problem. The electricians and plasterer they used were very good. They also planned and advised on materials for a patio and garden path. I will use them later on in the year for some more work on repointing and wall ties.

I have used Martin's company on to tame my large hedge' to reinforce my wobby purgola and replace some of my fence, which is of the single wooden strips attaced by crossmembers and all jobs carried out with minimal disruption and all mess cleared before he left.
