He is clearly highly knowledgeable about his craft and really enjoys it - he really took his time on both of our jobs to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-Chimney flashing replaced but still leak even the roofer came back and replaced the old back flashing. The leak is even worse than before the job. Contacted Martin again, but he and his roofer didn’t come back even though he promised 5 year warranty. Be careful. Looking for builder or roofer with friends reference is more secure.

Messi and his team at Stena Builders were great from start to finish. They were on time, polite, and got the job done quickly. They started at 8 AM and finished by the end of the day, leaving everything clean. The quality of their work was excellent. They not only fixed the roof well but also made it look good. They kept me updated throughout the project and were quick to address any concerns I had. It's clear they care about their customers.
