So glad I found Alan. After getting quotes from other people who took one look at my york stone kitchen floor and told me to chuck it all in a skip Alan came along and saved the day. My floor looks better than I could have ever imagined and he even won over my Mum who felt it wasn't worth saving either. He was a pleasure to have around, his knowledge on period properties and stonework was invaluable and I can't recommend him enough. Brilliant job, thanks again Alan

Works not completed and Jack gone AWOL. Building control cannot reach him so won't certify..We have had to hire a new builder - who is finding defects and shoddy work everywhere. Unfortunately Jack went missing and has ignored all calls, emails, whatsapps and attempts at communication over the course of many weeks. Our building control needed responses from him to certify works - unfortunately works cannot now be certified and may need to be torn up. This was a long and complex project, we are disappointed he hasn't seen it through.Unfortunately out of goodwill we paid invoices prior to final completion. Lesson learned I suppose. We've given many opportunities to contact us back and reluctantly leave this review..

Brendan and co were absolutely fantastic, The workmanship was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, even though I am very picky, having OCD. Everything was done exactly how I wanted. A brilliant job at a reasonable price. Plus they cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was perfect before they left. All I want now is the sun so I can sit out in my beautiful new garden and show it off.

Mr Grant (Paul) painted my large kitchen, Decorated my livingroom, painted and wallpaper. He has also decorated my bainster, sanded back down to original wood, glossed and re-painted the metal spindels. Paul is in the process of filling any chips, dints and damages too my hall stairs, landing area, prepping too be wallpapered with painitng, he will also be doing this in both bedrooms, a toilet room and a bathroom. (ongoing work.) Highly recommended, Paul has worked quickly yet throughly & carefully on each room! Paul made sure it was 100% completed And left everything in a reasonable state before leaving including putting and decor back & photos hung. Would definitely recommend. Very polite, 5 star.
